I keep making mistakes and, when pressed by higher-ups about what went wrong, I realize my mistakes but feel anxious about openly admitting them. I have raised concerns about the training process before and essentially been told to do better and deal with it. I don’t want to benefit from dishonesty by covering up my mistakes. How should I handle this, especially with the risk of backlash?\\n\"}]}","answer":"{\"ops\":[{\"insert\":\"If you weren’t given proper training, then the mistakes that happen aren’t because you’re careless, they’re simply because you weren’t shown how to do things properly. In Islam, you’re only accountable for what’s within your control, not for what’s beyond your ability.\\n\\nThat said, keep reminding your supervisors about the need for better training, while still doing your best with what you’ve learned so far. Whenever you’re unsure, ask questions and write things down.\\n\\nIf you do make mistakes, be honest, but also be confident in saying: “I’m doing my best with the training I was given.” That way, you stay truthful without letting anyone assume you’re being careless.\\n\\nAnd always remember that your rizq (provision) is from Allah. As long as you stay honest and sincere, He will take care of you and open the right doors.\\n\"}]}","tags":[{"_id":"668d9ff00b76658b4c2329a9","tag":"Contemporary Life: Jobs and Career","count":120},{"_id":"68a517faa4b97312c1c85000","tag":"Finance: Income & Employment","count":26}],"createdOn":"2025-09-10T16:31:50.051Z"}
