We prayed Dhuhr together and then he began pressuring me to join tablighi jamaat, but originally, the language that he used gave me the impression that his group was extreme. He asked me very personal questions, including where my parents lived. I left and blocked his number. I feel guilty sometimes for avoiding him at the masjid thereafter. I have since moved away. A friend said that the members of this group are well-intending but sometimes don't understand American social norms. Should I message him and apologize for ignoring him while explaining my discomfort?\\n\"}]}","answer":"{\"ops\":[{\"insert\":\"Yes.
