I've tried so hard to make no water go down I'm sorry if this is a silly question but I will put in the effort to refrain from food and water and be more God conscious all for my fast to be broken by brushing my teeth or even when making wudu and swishing water in my mouth and a little going to the back of my throat then down what do I do?\\n\"}]}","answer":"{\"ops\":[{\"insert\":\"You don’t need to worry—your fast is not broken if water goes down your throat unintentionally while brushing your teeth or making wudu. The Shariah is not overly strict to the point of making normal, necessary actions impossible. Accidental swallowing does not invalidate the fast, and you are not held accountable for something beyond your control.  \\n\\nTo minimize this, you can be cautious by using a miswak or brushing lightly without excessive water, but you do not have to overburden yourself with extreme caution. Allah does not intend hardship for His servants, and He knows your sincerity and efforts. Ignore any waswasa about this and continue fasting with peace of mind. \\nMay Allah accept your fast and grant you ease.\\n\"}]}","tags":[{"_id":"668da0000b76658b4c232b78","tag":"Fasting: Validity","count":65}],"createdOn":"2025-05-06T19:48:11.476Z"}
