Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allāh a goodly loan - it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward.— Saheeh International\\n\\nDoes this mean that if we give charity for Allah's pleasure He will give us more back in terms of increasing the reward of our good deeds and reward us in the Hereafter and not reward us in the Dunya because we don't intend to give charity if we expect to get something in return for Dunya purposes? Also would this not be considered a transaction between a servant & Allah because we give charity in this Dunya for Allah pleasure to gain rewards in the Hereafter?\\n\"}]}","answer":"{\"ops\":[{\"insert\":\"This is a metaphor, not an actual transaction. In a true transaction, each party exchanges something they own, transferring ownership between them. However, when it comes to Allah, He is the sole owner of everything—He created us, our wealth, and even the good deeds we perform. Since there is no transfer of ownership, it cannot be considered a real transaction where both parties are entitled to receive something in exchange.  \\n\\nWith Allah, there is no entitlement. The rewards we receive are solely due to His promise, generosity, and mercy—not because we have given Him something that obligates Him to give us something in return. Can a slave engage in a transaction with his master when both he and everything he possesses already belong to the master?  \\n\\nWhen we perform good deeds out of devotion and submission to Allah, He rewards us for them in this world and the Hereafter.\\n\"}]}","tags":[{"_id":"668d9fe50b76658b4c232859","tag":"Aqeedah: Allah ﷻ‎","count":66},{"_id":"668da0370b76658b4c233134","tag":"Worship: Charity","count":62},{"_id":"668d9fe70b76658b4c2328a0","tag":"Quran: Tafseer","count":34}],"createdOn":"2025-05-06T18:31:59.899Z"}
