Naturally, one will be rewarded through following the rulings of what is considered permissible reciting or reading of the Quran while you are menstruating, insha’Allah. As women and especially during menstruation,  it’s important to keep reminding ourselves and each other , that when we abstain from what is usually permissible and follow the command of Allah ﷻ and guidance of our beloved Messenger  ﷺ, that is the utmost form of worship and we will be rewarded for it, insha’Allah.
