Basically, they give the person in need an entire wardrobe consisting of tops, bottoms, shoes, etc that would fit their size, age, and gender. Obviously, a lot of the teen/adult clothing the org has isn’t modest Islamic attire. However, the people in need are completely anonymous, so the org doesn’t even know where the clothes will be worn. Would it be permissible to give out these types clothes with the likelihood that the clothes will be worn outside?
