When it comes to Quran, it has to be in Arabic for it to be considered Quran. But when it comes to the names, it would not matter if they're in a language other than Arabic. Jewelry is not a huge deal because if it's a ring, you can just put it in your pocket, and if it's a necklace, it can be tucked under your shirt so it's not visible. Clothing is more of a problem. I understand and appreciate the aesthetic of Arabic calligraphy, and I would encourage people to print it on clothing.
