In the interfaith room, there are religious texts from other polytheistic religions as well as depictions of deities (on the covers of books) and at least one depiction of Prophet Isa (AS) on the cross. In the room, there are also partitions, which Muslim students use to pray behind. My question is, is this a valid place to offer Salah, if behind the partitions, which includes a corner to the side to separate worshippers from the images? If a group of Muslims would like to offer a congregational Salah here, could they line up the partitions to the side to separate themselves from the images and books? Or is this not a valid place?\"},{\"insert\":\"\\n\\n\\n\\n\"}]}","answer":"{\"ops\":[{\"attributes\":{\"color\":\"#000000\",\"background\":\"transparent\"},\"insert\":\"It would be permissible to pray in that room since the images are not displayed on walls, in a venerated fashion, and since there is not a better space available.\"},{\"insert\":\"\\n\\n\"}]}","tags":[{"_id":"668d9fef0b76658b4c232985","tag":"Salah: Validity","count":156},{"_id":"668d9fe30b76658b4c23281e","tag":"Salah: Other","count":138},{"_id":"668d9fe60b76658b4c232875","tag":"Salah: Congregational","count":92},{"_id":"66eaeffe5a6d6a041dfdb134","tag":"College Campus","count":2},{"_id":"66eaeffe5a6d6a041dfdb137","tag":"Interfaith Room","count":1},{"_id":"66eaeffe5a6d6a041dfdb13a","tag":"Other Religions","count":1}],"createdOn":"2024-09-18T15:21:34.613Z"}
