In such cases, it's advisable to name the child and perform aqiqah if a miscarriage happens after this stage.\nConsidering this,  it should be clear that the hadith pertains to a fetus that has progressed into a child post-ensoulment, transforming the mere physical form of flesh and bone into a human child.
