Is it ok if we just wipe our feet with wet hands?","answer":"I understand the difficulty in the scenarios that you mentioned, however wiping over the feet is not an acceptable substitute for washing the feet. I don't know about your specific circumstances but if it's possible to wash your feet somewhere else using a water bottle, like outside if you're traveling, or over the toilet. Not much water is needed, you don't need to repeat three times, and all you would need to do is pour water over your feet, rubbing is not necessary. Another option is to wipe over your socks if you're wearing thick cotton or wool socks that are strong enough to walk in. That would be valid according to some scholars (Hanbali school & some Shafi scholars). However, in order to wipe over socks, you are required to put them on while in a state of wudu and keep them on the whole time.","tags":[{"_id":"668d9fe40b76658b4c232837","tag":"Tahara: Wudu","count":117},{"_id":"668da0040b76658b4c232be8","tag":"Khuff","count":5}],"createdOn":"2024-07-09T20:39:32.772Z"}
